Website information is general. A production commitment exists only when scope, price, timing, payment, and shipping terms are confirmed in writing.
Your materials
You confirm that you have the right to submit artwork, logos, files, and instructions. You retain ownership of your materials and allow us to use them only to evaluate or fulfill your request.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the site.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but specifications and availability may change. Project warranties and remedies are defined in the applicable written quotation or agreement.
